Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a card on file is required.
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and are subject to the same policy.
